TOT FOUNDATION

MISSION: Blend methods and materials so students may internalize messages designed to influence and change behavior. The Foundation uses problem-based learning and discussions based on three theories: Behavioral theory, Social learning, and Social inoculation.

ONGOING ACTIVITY

1. SAFE HOUSE EDUCATIONAL LESSON PLANS

The methods of THE SAFE HOUSE lesson plans are problem based learning, and discussions. They are age and standard appropriate lesson plans with emphasis on risky behavior.

2. SAFE HARBOR AT THE SAFE HOUSE

Designed to ensure that at-risk youth have a place to go, a person to talk with, and a place to learn lessons or be linked to organizations of health and recreation.

3. PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

Tribute videos which depicts the results of intentional destructive behavior by the youth. It is a combination of popular and original songs combined with re-edited videos to create strong emotional influence to change destructive behavior.

4. RECORDED HISTORY

The Foundation's commitment to document and preserve the history of the recorded sound and images for cultural and historical uses in the future.
